About the Role:

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Custodian and become a vital part of our dedicated team. We are committed to providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients in Fort Wayne, IN, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for all. Enjoy a fulfilling job that allows you to make a difference every day! This position would be located in Plymouth & Bourbon Indiana.

Plymouth acct: Wednesday & Friday 1 hr evening clean ( Friday is weekend optional )
Bourbon acct: Monday, Wednesday & Friday I hr clean ( Friday is weekend optional )

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety protocols.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues to management.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as window washing and floor maintenance.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
